Dating back to the 16th century The Eyrie has gone through many different names before finally settling on The Eyrie in 1974 when it evolved into a fantastic, international music and arts venue while retaining its original South London flavour. The pub is a hub of artists and musicians, live music varies from folk to hardcore punk, Blues to Ska, established well known bands, to up-and-coming local talent and touring bands.
Aside from the arts you will also find a wide choice of delicious food cooked by our Guy Roux trained chef. We also stock a wide range of beverages - alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We offer our fayre at affordable prices and it served throughout the day, 7 days a week. And if that's not enough we also stock and deliver fresh fruit, vegetables & salad boxes.
It gets a bit boring drinking the same thing week in week out,
so we've mixed it up a bit with a few monthly guest beers.
Here's what's coming up over the next 3 weeks. We've got some rock/metal,
some punk'n'roll and some noisy punk. Keep an eye on the gig listings for all other gigs.
Expect massive riffs, punky bass and double kick drums. Alteration don't sound like anything else, come see for yourself.
Coming on like Little Richard fronting The Stooges, its The Cramps playing with knives, Its frenzied, its primordial punk.
